your completed application and donation (made out to “Heeling Partners”) to the
address at the bottom of this application.
Obtain a Pet Partners Training Manual: Since our dogs are evaluated using Delta Society
training materials, prior to testing with your dog you must complete the Delta
Society’s self-study training manual. A manual may be purchased from Heeling
Partners or the Delta Society (www.deltasociety.org)
for the same price.
